Should there be no payment received within the give grace period of 3 hours, the system will be cancel your registration automatically. To re-do the registration, you will need to wait for 24 hours after cancellation.

PIT PERDAMI 2024 will be conducted offline in Nusa Dua, Bali on February 22-25,2024 and will be preceded by an online Pre-Event on February 3-4 and 10-11, 2024 .

  1. To participate offline, PERDAMI members must be registered as an APAO participant (choose “Ophthalmologist from Local Host” as the registration category) Link for the registration :
    *APAO participants, will automatically be registered as an offline PIT participants
  2. For PIT E-poster and free paper competition, participants can submit an abstracts without APAO registration, but the registration should be completed for full papers and e-poster submission.
  3. For PERDAMI members who want to participate in the Pre Event (online) only, an account on PIT website is needed (by selecting the symposium with IDR 0 cost) without being registered as an APAO participants, and followed by choosing the Didactic Course that they want to join to (registration rates for DC are stated on the website).

  4. For PERDAMI members who wants to participate at the Pre-event (online) without join the online DC, they need to create an account on PIT website (participant can use PIT Jogja account) and select the symposium with IDR 0 cost.
  5. For PERDAMI members who only want to participate offline, they only need to register as an APAO participants, without being registered to the Pre-Event (Online) Programme.

Here are some provisions regarding the scientific activities of PIT Bali 2024:

  • A. Ophthalmologist and Resident who registered as an APAO participant are entitled to:

  • B. Ophthalmologist and Resident who is NOT registered as APAO participants:
    • – Unable to participate in offline PIT
    • – Free as an audience for online free paper (cannot participate as free paper participants)
    • – Free pre-event online PIT
    • – Free GP symposium
    • – Paid Ophthalmologist DC
    • – Paid GP DC
  • C. GPs registered as an APAO participants are entitled to:
    • – Free offline PIT
    • – Free online free paper
    • – Free pre-event online PIT
    • – Free GP symposium
    • – Can participate in paid ophthalmologist DC
    • – Paid GP DC
  • D. GPs who is NOT registered as an APAO participant must REGISTER for the pre-event GP symposium:
    • – Cannot participate in offline PIT
    • – Can participate in free online free paper (as participants or audience)
    • – Can participate in all symposiums
    • – Paid ophthalmologist DC
    • – Paid GP DC.

  2. If Participant has no account yet, Click Registration menu
  3. Select Registration Type accordingly
    1. For IOA ( PERDAMI )member: input your IOA Member Registered Number (NRA), and be sure your membership status is currently active by paying the 2023 membership fee.
      1. If the membership fee has been paid, your data will be filled automatically once the NRA is typed in. Please ensure the data is accurate and updated

      4. After successful login, complete and update your personal data and complete payment for membership fee.

    2. For Residents: prepare a Statement Letter (stating you are a resident) from your institution, and upload the document in JPEG form.
    3. Other Registration Type does not require any special regulation.
    4. If you make registration for other people, ensure the data being input is accurate and valid.
    5. Please choose Didactic Course as preferred.
      1. Each didactic course has limited quota.
      2. First pay-first serve is applied.
      3. Selecting/adding Didactic Courses is possible as long as the quota is still available
      4. Every participant is no limited to join DCs.
      5. Each participant could not select 2 parallel DCs with the same date and time. (Please refer to DC schedule).
      6. Please note, after payment being made for DC you are not allowed to change the chosen DC under any circumstances.
  1. After all data has been filled, click Finish Registration.
  2. Once created account was finish, an email containing a username (email form) and password that will be required later for logging into the event will be sent to your email.

  3. Click Submit. The Virtual Account number will be generated or other payment instructions will be available on your screen according to the selected payment method.
  4. Please notice, the time limit for payment is 24 hours after clicking Submit button and Virtual Account number generated.
  5. If payment is not fulfilled within 24 hours, your registration will be cancelled automatically. To re-do the registration, you will need to wait for 24 hours after cancellation.

  7. By filling your email address, the payment instruction will be sent to you.

To register for other person by group / vendor / sponsor, you can follow the steps as explained above, or by group login.

  1. Vendor should contact Committee for group login access.
  2. The Committee will produce a voucher code along with a guarantee letter of payment. It is also possible to carry out a direct payment as explained in the Payment section of Personal Registration.

  6. If the participant is an IOA member, click Register PERDAMI member.
  7. Type in the doctor’s name to search for their data.
  8. Data on current registration status and IOA membership activity status will be shown accordingly.
  9. Choose the correct name, and the data will be filled automatically (as the data updated by the participant in PERDAMI page).
  10. Please ensure the data is accurate, updated and valid.
  11. Fill in blank data with correct information.
  12. If the participant you are registering is a non-IOA Member, fill in the form completely and accurately.
  13. Click Finish Registration.
  14. Complete payment as for Personal Registration payment procedure.
  15. Finish


To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to the PIT – 49 PERDAMI 2024 Bali Secretariat by email at

For written requests received on or before January 31, 2024, your registration fees will be refunded after deducting the administrative fee of 3% per person, per meeting.

The refund will be processed after the annual meeting only. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after 01 February, 2024.

Information about Certificate of attendance could be download by yourself at least 2 week after event has finished at DC Certificate could only be given if attendee attend the DC. Your attendance will be automatically recorded by system once you are log into the room.
