TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat not later than 06 September 2023 . A handling fee of IDR 500.000,-  will be deducted from each cancelled registration. Any refund shall be processed after the meeting.

Please note that registration is not complete until full payment is received. The early bird tier rates will not apply if you did not complete your registration with payment by the respective deadlines.

Onsite Loss of Name Badges

Name badges are to be worn at all times during the meeting. Please note that badges are non-transferable. Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at IDR 500.000 per badge.
